Practical information about fishing in Ljuvadal

For our guests who have paid for a camping spot, fishing is included in the price. Want to fish without staying overnight? No problem! The fee is 70 SEK per hour and includes both fishing and access to a rowing boat.

We have three rowing boats that paying guests can use freely. They are located next to the swimming area. Please remember to return the boat when you're done using it so that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy fishing.

Please note that fishing from the jetty at the swimming area is not allowed. The shoreline closest to the lake is quite steep, but there are some large stones on the western edge of Solgläntan that are suitable to stand on if the boats are occupied.

Don't forget to bring your own fishing gear! If you happen to forget your rod or need to supplement your equipment, there are fishing supply stores in Mörrum and Svängsta.

To protect the lake's ecosystem, we ask that you let your equipment dry completely before using it in our lake. This helps reduce the risk of introducing infectious diseases or invasive species into the water.
